Sleigh Ride at the Foot of Kościeliska Valley

To enhance your stay at the foot of our beautiful Tatra Mountains, we offer you

winter sleigh rides! The greatest winter attraction in Zakopane is the sleigh ride. We invite you to a traditional highland sleigh ride at the foot of Kościeliska Valley. The sleigh ride is a real adventure, with a mountain atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Traditionally, after the sleigh ride, we invite everyone to a feast in a mountain hut by the bonfire, with a tasty treat.

In the program of each sleigh ride, we offer: Pick-up from your place of residence within the city of Zakopane and Kościelisko municipality (other locations to be arranged) Sleigh ride with torches at the foot of Kościeliska Valley and a short break for souvenir photos (to always remember these beautiful moments) We offer a truly highland treat, including roasted sausage and regular or highland tea (option to consume your own alcohol) During your stay in a real regional hut, a HIGHLAND BAND will provide musical entertainment! The entire fun takes place in the surroundings of the beautiful Tatra nature. Sleigh ride hours in the winter season: 16:00, 17:00, 18:00 (Departure from Zakopane about 40 minutes earlier) Menu during sleigh rides: sausage, bread, ketchup, mustard, regular tea, and highland tea (unlimited)

Prices for the winter season 2023/2024:

from December 1, 2023, until the end of the season

PLN 140 per adult
PLN 120 per child up to 10 years old

Price includes: round-trip transportation (pick-up from accommodation in Zakopane and Kościelisko), one-hour sleigh ride in 4, 8, and 10-person sleighs, one-hour feast with a highland band in the hut, refreshments by the bonfire.
